Standard commercial windows and doors, steel and fiber cement siding, trim, soffit and fascia on buildings up to three stories. Upper floors are reached with a lift, planned into the schedule from the start.
Three-person crews keep the site organized and the work moving. Larger buildings are phased by elevation so your business can stay open and customers can still get in the door.
You get a written scope with products, quantities, access and lift needs, site protection, sequencing and exclusions before work begins, so the price and the plan match.
Curtain walls, structural changes, fire-rated assemblies and anything above three stories fall outside our standard scope. We tell you up front if a project needs a specialist.
BEFORE & AFTER
Most commercial jobs we take on start with the windows: failed seals, hazy glass and tired frames on offices, shops and storefronts.

WHAT IT ADDS TO THE PROPERTY
The front of the house is the first listing photo and the first thing a buyer walks up to. Fresh siding, wrapped trim and clear new windows make that first look count.
Fogged glass, rotted trim and cracked siding show up on inspection reports. Fixing them before you move in is easier than working around furniture later.
Sealed windows, wrapped fascia and sound siding keep water out of the walls, protecting the framing and sheathing you never see.
Percentages are 2025 national averages from the Cost vs Value report. Actual value depends on the home, the materials and the local market.
