WL King Construction uses this website to receive estimate requests for windows, siding, roofing and storm assessments. This notice explains what we collect and what we do with it.

What we collect

When you request an estimate: your name, phone number and/or email, preferred contact method, the property address, property type, service, project size, timeline, your role with the property, any notes, optional project photos, optional design studio choices, and optional consent to texts. We also record when you submitted and which page or campaign link brought you to the form.

How we use it

Only to review your project, contact you about it, schedule a visit and prepare your estimate. We use the address to confirm the property is in our service area and how far it is from Amarillo. To do that, the address is checked with the free U.S. Census Bureau address lookup service. We do not sell your information or share it for advertising.

Where it is kept

Requests and photos are stored with Cloudflare, which hosts this website. Photos are kept private; there is no public gallery or download link. Original photos may include camera details such as location; remove them first if you prefer. A summary of each new request is emailed to our team so we can follow up.

Texts and calls

Text consent is optional and separate from asking for an estimate. If you agree, we store your consent, the wording you agreed to and the time. Reply STOP to any text to opt out. We contact you by the method you choose.

On this website

Your browser keeps a temporary request ID and the campaign that brought you here during your visit, to prevent duplicate submissions. Design studio links contain your color choices, not your contact details. No advertising trackers are installed. For abuse prevention, the server briefly stores a scrambled version of your network address.

Keeping and deleting

We keep requests while we follow up and as part of our records for any project we complete. To ask what we hold about you, or to have it deleted, send a request through the estimate form with "privacy request" and your reference code in the notes.
