Estimates, materials, roofing and storm damage. Do not see your question? Ask it in your estimate request.
Estimates
Is the estimate free?
Yes. The estimate is free and there is no obligation to move ahead.
What does an estimate include?
A look at the actual property, measurements, the condition of the openings or walls, your material and color options, and a written scope that lists the work, product details, exclusions and warranty terms.
Does sending the form book an appointment?
Not yet. Your request is saved and we contact you by your preferred method to confirm the location, scope and a time that works.
What photos help with a request?
A wide photo of each side of the building, plus close-ups of the windows, siding or damage you are asking about. Never climb onto a roof to take photos.
Add photos to your request ↗What areas do you serve?
Amarillo and Canyon, plus towns across the Texas Panhandle such as Canyon, Hereford, Dumas, Borger, Pampa, Dalhart and Perryton. Small repairs and large projects are both welcome. Include your address and we confirm the schedule.
See the service area ↗Do you work on commercial properties?
Yes. Offices, storefronts, shops, metal buildings, churches and small multi-unit properties up to three stories, with lift access for upper floors. Tell us the building's use, how many openings or walls are involved, and any access needs.
Commercial windows and siding ↗Windows and siding
Should I repair or replace my windows?
It depends on the frame, the glass, the seals and the condition of the opening. Fogged glass or a stuck sash can sometimes be repaired; rot, air leaks around the frame or failed units usually point to replacement. The estimate covers which applies.
Window options ↗Which siding works best in the Panhandle?
Steel, fiber cement, engineered wood and suitable vinyl all have a place. Compare installed cost, maintenance and how each handles impact. Steel can dent in hail and fiber cement can chip or crack under severe impact; no siding is hailproof.
Compare siding materials ↗Can I see colors on a house like mine first?
Yes. The design studio lets you try siding, trim, window and roof colors on ten house shapes. The images are concepts; confirm real product samples in daylight before ordering.
Try the design studio ↗How long does a project take?
It depends on the size of the job, the products chosen and their lead times. Your written scope includes the proposed timing before any work begins.
What warranty comes with the work?
Product warranties come from the manufacturer and depend on the exact product. Workmanship warranty terms are written into your project scope, so you know the coverage, length and exclusions before deciding.
Roofing and storm damage
Will a Class 4 roof lower my insurance?
Possibly. Your insurer decides which products and paperwork qualify for a credit. Ask your agent about the exact product before choosing a roof.
Read the roofing and insurance guide ↗Do you handle insurance claims?
We assess visible damage and give you a repair scope and estimate. Your insurer decides coverage, settlement and deductibles; contact them about your policy and claim.
Is this an emergency service?
No. If there is immediate danger, move to safety and call the appropriate emergency service first.
