Office, church & clinic windows and siding
Everyday business buildings: offices, storefronts, churches, clinics and small multi-unit properties up to three stories. We replace windows, re-side walls and wrap trim, scheduled around your hours and services.

- Storefront and office windows with failed seals or worn frames
- Church and fellowship-hall windows and siding
- Clinic and office exteriors refreshed without closing
- Small multi-unit buildings re-sided one elevation at a time
Trade-offs
- Aluminum storefront frames are the commercial norm; a thermal break can't be added to existing frames, so replacement is the upgrade path.
- Upper floors need lift access and a plan for parking and entrances.
- Curtain walls, structural work, fire-rated assemblies and buildings of four or more stories are outside our scope.
What to check on a quote
- Frame type. Thermally broken aluminum performs better than standard aluminum storefront.
- Safety glazing. Glass near doors must be tested and marked to CPSC 16 CFR 1201 or ANSI Z97.1; confirm the code edition with the city.
- A written schedule that works around your operating hours.
Cost
Priced per project after a site visit; opening count, glass type, access and scheduling drive the number.
